Our products are free from defects affecting form, fit and function. We guarantee our products for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects, workmanship and detective materials for the first owner (registered at nimbl upon purchase).

This guarantee does not apply to those products that have been misused or hardware that has been improperly installed. All warranty claims are subject to approval by nimbl. Beware, cycling shoes wear out over time. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:

All used items must be cleaned before returning to us, we cannot deal with dirty items and they will be returned to you

Contact our Customer Service agent through the Contact us form and wait for a reply. You may be requested to provide additional information on the warranty dossier (e.g. problem description, images of the defect, reason for the return, etc.) 

Upon preliminary assessment, nimbl may ask you to return the product. Upon receipt of the return, our customer service department will evaluate your claim

Upon approval of your claim, we will either repair your product or send replacement product free of charge. Subject to availability we will provide you with voluntary upgrade option(s) as a way to compensate for any inconveniences caused  

It may be that the warranty claim is not approved. In those cases we will be transparent in our reasoning and may charge you shipping and handling costs for the return.

Unwanted items

Returns can be made within 14 days after sale. Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box (unmarked) and packaging. You, the customer are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. nimbl cannot be responsible for any undelivered parcels. We therefore recommend to use a tracked service. A restocking fee of EUR 30 is applicable.

Upon receipt and approval of your return, your refund is processed, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. When you receive the automatic e-mail that confirms the refund, your return has been received and processed. If you want to exchange your item, you need to return it and then place another order.

Applicable law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by laws of the Netherlands.
