Once you have placed your order and your payment has been received, our service center will provide you with a binding order confirmation via e-mail. Your order will now be processed. We pick your order and package the products (subject to availability) for shipment.

Terms of sale
The following Terms of Sale apply to sales at www.nimbl.cc (”the Web Shop”). You are instructed to read these Terms of Sale before placing any orders. By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale may be updated by nimbl from time to time in the future.
The Web Shop is intended for sales to consumers only. If you are below the age of 16 you must have parental approval before submitting any order through www.nimbl.cc. A binding purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by us. nimbl reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
The prices at the Web Shop are current prices and may be changed at any time. nimbl is not bound by price indications in the Web Shop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occurred due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Prices are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the Web Shop. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates.
Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice ideal, paypal or advanced payment. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard and Diners. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
Promotions and discount codes
All campaigns with reduced price are limited in time. Multiple offers cannot be combined. A discount code or voucher is only valid once per customer and purchase. In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, nimbl reserves the right to cancel the order in question.
On orders eligible for a gift or discount the value of the gift/discount is considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the entire order is sent back for exchange or refund the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated and the purchase price minus the overall discount will only be credited. Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of in stock items ship within four business days from Order Confirmation and can be expected to be delivered to you within five to ten business days.
Delivery times are estimates only. In case of a delay in delivery of more than twenty business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order.
Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact our Customer Service. Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns below. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
Right of withdrawal and returns
We offer you a 14-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods. If you wish to make such a return please follow our return instructions. Items shall be returned properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and saleable condition.
As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund.
The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. Returns here under shall be sent to Customer Service. In case of a return the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer.
By submitting an order at the Web Shop you consent to us processing your personal data. Your purchase may involve the collection and processing by us, or by a sub-contractor of us, of your personal data, for example of the data you fill out in the order form, including your civic registration number as the case may be, or the personal data processing that may be necessary to execute your payment.
We will use your personal data to manage your purchase (including with respect to payment, delivery and any returns and/or refunds), for marketing purposes and to improve the services and design of the Web Shop. Your personal data may be transferred by us to certain selected third parties involved in e.g. payment transactions or deliveries.
Your personal data will be stored only for as long as is needed or for as long as is provided by law. Upon your request, we will tell you which personal data about you we are processing and for what purpose(s) and you may request that your personal data is corrected or removed. In case you wish to be removed from any direct mailing lists, please contact our Customer Service. We will not sell your personal data to any third party for such third party’s marketing campaigns or for any unsolicited marketing unrelated to your purchase(s) at the Web Shop.
We disclaim liability for any apparent typos on the Website. While we aim at providing as accurate as possible descriptions and images on the Website, there may be minor color variations between the images and the actual products sold by us, due to a number of factors such as the color contrast configurations of your internet browser or computer monitor. All pictures are therefore to be seen as illustrations and are not guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of a product.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by laws of the Netherlands.

Our products are free from defects affecting form, fit and function. We guarantee our products for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects, workmanship and detective materials for the first owner (registered at nimbl upon purchase).
This guarantee does not apply to those products that have been misused or hardware that has been improperly installed. All warranty claims are subject to approval by nimbl. Beware, cycling shoes wear out over time. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
If an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:
- All used items must be cleaned before returning to us, we cannot deal with dirty items and they will be returned to you
- Contact our Customer Service agent through the Contact us form and wait for a reply. You may be requested to provide additional information on the warranty dossier (e.g. problem description, images of the defect, reason for the return, etc.)
- Upon preliminary assessment, nimbl may ask you to return the product. Upon receipt of the return, our customer service department will evaluate your claim
- Upon approval of your claim, we will either repair your product or send replacement product free of charge. Subject to availability we will provide you with voluntary upgrade option(s) as a way to compensate for any inconveniences caused
- It may be that the warranty claim is not approved. In those cases we will be transparent in our reasoning and may charge you shipping and handling costs for the return.
Returns can be made within 14 days after sale. Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box (unmarked) and packaging. You, the customer are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. nimbl cannot be responsible for any undelivered parcels. We therefore recommend to use a tracked service. A restocking fee of EUR 30 is applicable.
Upon receipt and approval of your return, your refund is processed, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. When you receive the automatic e-mail that confirms the refund, your return has been received and processed. If you want to exchange your item, you need to return it and then place another order.
